Massage is a very individual experience. Everybody, and every body, comes to a massage with different needs and concerns.
I work in modalities that allow the client to stay clothed or modestly draped on a table; or dressed in workout or yoga type wear on a mat.

Cancellation policy:
Life happens. Rescheduling is available up to three hours prior to to service, via text.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No show fees are $50 the first time and full session fee thereafter.
In case of therapist illness or injury, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
Snow days are decided the evening before and clients contacted for rescheduling.
