I'm Robyn Lydick, LMT. I'm here to help you make your life better.
I use several modalities to lower pain and stress and increase circulation and mobility.
I work with medically complex clients, including massage for people with active and one year post treatment cancer (oncology massage), and people with heart issues that usually contraindicate spa massage techniques. Some people with certain conditions will need a medical release, but there is usually relief to be found.
Do you spend hours using computers, driving, studying, practicing instruments, playing music (or running sound and light boards), driving or other work? My work will help decrease pain and increase flexibility.
Types of massage I offer include general relaxation, injury rehabilitation, myofascial release, gentler deep tissue techniques, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, stretching modalities from Thai and Shiatsu, energetic work and visionary craniosacral therapy.
Your session will have a blend of any of the above, tailored to the need of the day.
